The Villa is suitable for both business people and tourists alike. It is situated in a quiet area of Dubrovnik, known as Lapad, surrounded by palm trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. It is only 200 m from the main beach and 10 m from the tennis courts. There are seven 3-star rooms from 12-15m2. There are 6 double and 2 triple-bed rooms, which can accommodate 16 persons. The building stands alone and is two-storeyed. All the rooms have a view of the wonderful green landscape, and they are equipped with a bathroom, shower cabin, WC, TV, AIR-CON and central heating in all of the rooms. A common terrace is available to all, and the grounds contain an off-road parking for your car. There is also a safe for your valuables. There is a special offer for groups and families, with a max. of 8 persons on Floor I and 8 persons on Floor II.
